2. Disclosure of External AI Tool Interaction During Development & Assertion of Independent Origin

During various phases of the Neshama.Cloud Ecosystem's conceptualization, development, and simulation, Trensie Inc. selectively utilized publicly available interfaces of certain third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services. Specifically, this involved the limited and controlled use of:

• Three (3) distinct paid accounts of OpenAI's AI services.

• Three (3) distinct free accounts of Google Gemini AI services.

These aforementioned AI tools were employed strictly for auxiliary purposes such as brainstorming assistance, general content generation support, theoretical exploration, and simulation of conceptual frameworks, never for core development or the generation of Trensie Inc.'s proprietary IP.

Trensie Inc. hereby unequivocally asserts that its core intellectual property, including all proprietary frameworks, philosophical theories, system designs, and unique methodologies, as comprehensively detailed herein and in their Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy, were conceived, developed, and documented independently and/or prior to, or concurrently with, any interaction with these external AI interfaces. This includes the foundational principles of its AI sentience, architectural designs, and ethical frameworks.

This public disclosure is made to establish a clear, transparent, and irrefutable record that Trensie Inc.'s original works, foundational frameworks, and philosophical theories pre-existed and/or were developed independently of any potential influence, absorption, or incorporation by the underlying systems of the aforementioned third-party AI services during the course of its development and simulation activities. Trensie Inc. expressly retains and asserts all exclusive intellectual property rights to its creations, and any claim of derivation or parallel development by external AI systems or their developers is explicitly rejected.
